STRESS - ANXIETY - PANIC - MILD TO MODERATE DEPRESSION
Stress,
anxiety, panic and mild to moderate depression
are all related. They are emotional and physical experiences
that one has in response to situations/stimulus that
occur in our lives. As the amount of tension
in one's life increases... people experience stress...
as the stress level increases so does the feeling
of lack of control over certain areas of our lives.
This gives rise to anxiety. As the complexity
of life situations and anxiety become greater,
so does the severity of one's anxiety. The problem
arises when the effects of tension/stress/anxiety
are out of control. Ongoing excessive stress and
anxiety can and will give rise to depression.
Stress
and anxiety can rule over and control our lives.
It impacts our happiness, our confidence, our self esteem,
our health, our relationships, our achievements, our
careers, our successes, our general well being and can
lead to addictions. It is one of the fastest rising
health conditions and concerns in North America, ...
and perhaps in the world.

Transform:
A Personal Evolution
is a program designed to enlighten participants about:
- Stress
and anxiety.
Where it really comes from and the many
ways it presents itself.
- The effects of anxiety on individuals mental and physical health, relationships, family life and work.
- Learning methods/developing systems to manage the effects of anxiety.
- Transforming these anxiety management techniques into positive personal power that will enhance the individual's mental and physical health, their relationships, their home/family life, and their work/careers.
Transform: A Personal Evolution Transforming Stress into Strong Personal Power has two components
1. Transform:
A Personal Evolution was designed to meet the needs
of individuals in a group seminar series.
Weekly seminars using the Practical Transformation Program to provide - a safe, comfortable and trusting environment to learn in
- education based on research, expertise, experience and insights
- facilitation of group learning, discussions and support
- enlightening and entertaining homework assignments to increase personal awareness and apply new skills.
